Guided Backcountry Skiing and Snowboarding in Utah

Powered By Park City Powder Cats

Let the expansive terrain and untouched powder inspire you as you float down one of the many chutes, glades, or open bowls. Here in the Western Uintas you are free from the crowds and open to explore the seemingly endless terrain in this private mountain oasis.

Inspired Summit Adventures has teamed up with Park City Powder Cats to offer this incredible day of human powered guided backcountry skiing and snowboarding. Park City Powder Cats operates on a 43,000 acre private ranch. There are no crowds and as our guests you have exclusive access to this powder paradise.

Our backcountry guides are the most experienced. They are American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education certified as well as Outdoor Emergency Care Technicians with 5+ years of previous guiding experience. Our expert knowledge of both the terrain and the snow pack ensures the safety of our group and allows us to find the best snow for backcountry skiing and riding.

Inspired Summit Adventures specializes in tailoring our outings to fit your needs, skill, and comfort level. From seasoned vets to first time backcountry travellers we can create a day filled with fun turns, beautiful scenery, and as much knowledge about terrain, snow pack, and wildlife as you care to know.

Logistics:

Our day starts at the Park City Powder Cats cabin at Thousand Peaks Ranch. In the warmth of the cabin we will check gear, go over the day’s weather and avalanche forecast, and discuss other safety protocol.

From there we head out via snow mobile to gain some quick vertical. Once we reach our desired location we strap the skins on and head to some of the most pristine skiing in the world. The day and pace is yours to set and your guide works tirelessly to ensure the safety and fun of the group.
